After a degree in Intercultural and International Project Engineering from the University of Dijon, Clémence Marchand has been involved in the cultural and artistic sector in many different ways. She has worked for a variety of festivals and theaters : she was in charge of communications and audience relations for Radiant-Bellevue in Caluire-et-Cuire, co-founded and directed La Tour Passagère, a baroque music festival in Lyon, coordinated the Théâtre Sainte-Marie d’en-Bas in Grenoble, before taking over the management of the Atrium in Tassin-La-Demi-Lune. She then went on to manage a range of internationally-renowned performing arts companies, including the Ensemble Boréades, Lyon’s baroque music ensemble (as production manager) and the Franco-Swiss contemporary circus company Cirque La Compagnie (as administrator). In 2024, she joined the BurnOut company as general administrator.
