Manon Martin first studied arts and cultural management at La Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris and in Charles Dullin drama School during 3 years. She followed her studies with cultural administration at the University of Lyon and at last she graduated in artistic direction of projects at Paul Valery University. She worked in several companies as an artist in France and then as an executive assistant for the Sarwanam Theater in Nepal for a year. Back in France, she held the position of European projects coordinator for Réseau en scène Languedoc Roussillon from 2011 to 2014. She was, among other tasks, in charge of the animation and administrative follow-up of projects such as Creative Europe, Erasmus +, and Feder as well as the hosting of the IETM organization in Montpellier in 2014.
She created her organization and worked as a free lancer for the animation and administrative management of the European Rural Routes project bringing together a dozen European partners. She gave then several trainings on European fundings and team management (DRAC, ARDEC, NACRE, etc.). She was also contacted to support the booking of foreign artistic companies on French territory: Scarlattine Teatro (Italy), the APA office (Quebec). She worked during 4 years as a manager in charge of booking and production for the dance company Wang Ramirez. She has been teaching cultural project management since 2012 at the Paul Valéry University in Montpellier and joined the BurnOut company in November 2019.
